Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a clientele of VIP customers, encompassing institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strengthen client relationships by understanding their requirements and advocating for enhancements to the VIP services.
- Be instrumental in refining customer service protocols and team management procedures.
- Engage in regional analysis and collaborate with local teams to pinpoint opportunities in targeted markets.
Requirements:
- Possess 5-7 years of sales and client services experience in the international financial sector, such as in banking or investments.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio that includes institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and customers from private banks or commercial banks.
- Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to effectively address client needs.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, adeptness in various scenarios, exceptional relationship management and sales capabilities, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting Turkish markets and ensure compliance with related requirements.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic work environment and swiftly adapt to evolving team dynamics.
- Display a keen interest in the cryptocurrency realm, with industry experience being a plus.
- Be fluent in both Turkish and English.
