This role is dedicated to spearheading significant initiatives in OTC trading, Binance Wealth, and Crypto-as-a-Service. The responsibilities include contributing to TradFi, enhancing user acquisition, fostering AUM growth, and operational improvements with the potential for future full-time conversion based on performance. Responsibilities:
- Assist in requirement gathering and refinement processes.
- Conduct market analysis, evaluate user feedback, and conduct competitive assessments to guide OKRs.
- Collaborate with various teams, including PMs, engineers, sales, and operations, to execute tasks and monitor progress.
- Track metrics such as client retention and system stability, iterating on features to enhance the VIP experience and business scalability.
- Lead AI integration in product development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in product management within fintech, crypto, or web3.
- Demonstrated passion for blockchain and web3 technologies, with a solid understanding of crypto-products such as trading, custody, and DeFi.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese to facilitate global stakeholder communications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis software.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and relevant tools like Confluence, JIRA, Figma, and adept at learning in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
