Your Role:
Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will lead an integral role in driving the adoption and utilization of Circle-issued stablecoins (USDC and EURC) across both the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance (TradFi) ecosystems. Managing a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers, you will spearhead the strategic collaboration with key stakeholders such as market makers, trading and investing institutions, asset managers, and other relevant entities.
Working closely with other Circle leadership, you will drive growth targets for our stablecoins, ensuring seamless accessibility and cost-effectiveness globally through strategic partnerships with OTC, trading, and distribution partners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Leverage your expertise in both the Crypto Capital Market and TradFi ecosystems to develop and implement commercial deals enhancing stablecoin distribution for various use cases like instant FX, secondary market trading, and institutional settlement credit.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Business Development and Relationship Management team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in capital markets, trading, and investment industries.
- Strong record of building and leading successful sales and business development teams for over a decade.
- Extensive background in selling Crypto/Web3, Fintech, or technology products.
- Demonstrated ability to scale business segments, driving substantial revenue and company value.
- Proficient understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on employee hiring, training, and development.
- Excellent pipeline management with advanced revenue forecasting capabilities.
- Enthusiastic about early-stage growth and passionate about enhancing company processes.
Additional Details:
- Eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Salary Range: $292,500 - $335,000 with a 40% Annual Bonus Target.
- Comprehensive benefits package including equity, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions.
- Discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
