Job Summary:

As the Vice President, Policy and Regulatory Strategy, EMEA, you will play a crucial role in Circle's global policy and communications team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a regulatory engagement plan, stakeholder mapping, and market segmentation based on the company's market expansion and growth targets, particularly in tier 1 and tier 2 markets.
  • Review legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements in target markets alongside the legal, compliance, and operational leaders.
  • Lead market expansion and regulatory efforts globally, with priority given to tier 1 and tier 2 markets.
  • Create reporting metrics, dashboards, and decision support resources to track licensing, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to digital assets and payments in key markets.
