What You'll Be Responsible For:
Join us as a skilled Product Marketing and Strategy leader, working cross-functionally to drive strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for our products and services. As part of the GTM focus, you will be involved in crucial areas such as pricing, packaging, positioning, competitive analysis, product launches, assessing global product-market fit, and more. Our offerings cater to the consumer, developer, and enterprise sectors, creating an ecosystem that requires seamless integration. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, primarily the Business and Marketing teams, to achieve our GTM goals and foster growth for our ecosystem projects. Taking a hands-on approach, you will interface with prospects, customers, and partners to understand their needs and ensure product-market fit. In addition to managing a team of Product Marketing Managers, Growth Managers, and Strategy leads, your success will hinge on your ability to navigate complex program areas, engage cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving circumstances.
What You'll Work On:
- Engage with ecosystem members to identify pain points, needs, and feedback.
- Collaborate with Business and Marketing teams to create and execute GTM plans for all products and services.
- Develop strategies for country-specific growth plans and developer programs.
- Collaborate with product strategy leads on market intelligence initiatives.
- Represent Circle as a thought leader with external stakeholders.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers and Strategy Leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive GTM and growth strategies.
- Establish product goals, metrics, and KPIs.

What You'll Bring to Circle:
- 15+ years of progressive product marketing and strategy experience in consumer, developer, and enterprise companies.
- 7+ years in executive, managerial, or leadership roles.
- 3+ years of international growth experience in products and services.
- 3+ years of experience working on developer initiatives.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a focus on accountability and high performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both internally and externally.
- Attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to deliver products rapidly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilient and adaptable, thriving in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Comfortable with Slack, Apple's MacOS, and G Suite.
Additional Information:
- This position may offer PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates on day one.
- Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience and qualifications.
- Total compensation package includes equity, benefits, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
