Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced leader to partner with the Treasurer and develop a world-class Treasury Execution, Client Services, and Operations functions on a global scale. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and scale an exceptional firmwide operations function to support cryptocurrency and fiat flows on a 24/7 basis.
- Develop and implement a global foreign exchange strategy for cryptocurrency and fiat operations.
- Create and implement credit offerings to improve the efficiency of the stablecoin ecosystem.
- Manage corporate balance sheet risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risks.
- Support new product launches and lines of business with effective risk management processes and financial safeguards.
- Provide operational support to the OTC market-making business, including asset custody, reporting, and margin operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Build and manage a global network of transaction banking partners to enable seamless fiat on- and off-ramps for stablecoin liquidity.
- Oversee relationships with financial service providers for treasury operations.
- Take charge of fiat operations, including funds flows, exception handling, and reporting.
- Automate operational and reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in treasury, banking, payments, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
- Experience in managing balance sheet risks and building and scaling operations functions.

- Proficient in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Interest in macroeconomics and business cycle modeling.
