Description
A prominent global blockchain ecosystem, recognized for its position as the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of trading volume and user base, is looking for a capable Wealth Client and Solution Specialist to enhance their team within the crypto industry. The focus of this position is on creating bespoke digital asset solutions and wealth management strategies for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and family offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to establish and nurture strong relationships with UHNW clients and family offices, understanding their distinct investment requirements in the digital asset realm.
- Conduct detailed presentations and consultations on a wide array of crypto products and solutions, delving into areas like staking, structured products, digital asset custody, tokenized assets, and crypto lending.
- Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the crypto and blockchain sectors to offer up-to-date insights and guidance.
- Identify new business prospects and broaden the client base through collaboration with the Sales and Key Account Coverage teams.
- Offer exceptional client service and serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients and family offices.
- Collaborate closely with various business units and product teams to craft customized investment solutions aligned with client goals and risk profiles.
- Drive the expansion of wealth-related offerings, both in terms of product and infrastructure, in the Binance ecosystem aimed at broadening the coverage of clients in this segment within the exchange.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 to 12 years in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, with a preference for exposure to digital assets or fintech.
- Product Knowledge: Profound expertise in crypto products and solutions, accompanied by the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to sophisticated clients.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated track record in managing relationships with UHNW individuals and family offices.
- Communication: Fluency in English/Mandarin is essential for coordination with international partners and stakeholders; proficiency in a third language or greater is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and client portfolios to recommend appropriate crypto investment strategies.
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to digital assets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility: Openness to various work location setups, including potential remote work options.
