Web3 Security Senior Software Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• Join the Web3 security team to lead backend system architecture.
• Maintain, migrate, and update existing systems for optimal service quality.
• Design and deploy new services in collaboration with product managers for roadmap execution.
• Enhance security systems and tools with operations team to boost efficiency and automation.
• Assist the analysts team with data cleaning, modeling, and analysis tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of development experience in blockchain, anti-fraud, risk control, or related domains.
• Led at least one crucial (P0) project involving backend and big data processes.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud development, MySQL, and common NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, and Elasticsearch.
• Extensive experience in big data development including data collection, cleaning, and real-time/batch analytics.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, proactive learning attitude, and interest in Web3 security.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of blockchain and on-chain data understanding.
• Front-end development experience.
• Previous exposure to performance tuning for JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.
