We are seeking an experienced Web3 Market Maker & Liquidity Manager to help improve the trading experience and liquidity of the UTOP token while supporting the long-term growth of the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute market-making strategies for UTOP.
Monitor liquidity pools and trading activity across supported decentralized exchanges.
Improve bid/ask spreads and market depth.
Recommend liquidity allocation strategies.
Monitor trading volume, volatility, and order book health.
Identify opportunities to improve trading efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on market performance and liquidity metrics.
Coordinate with the UTOPOS team on exchange listings and liquidity initiatives.
Recommend best practices for sustainable token liquidity.
Requirements
Experience as a market maker, liquidity manager, or professional crypto trader.
Strong understanding of decentralized exchanges and automated market makers.
Experience with Uniswap, Polygon, and EVM-compatible ecosystems.
Knowledge of liquidity pool management and tokenomics.
Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting emerging blockchain projects.
Understanding of treasury management.
Experience with algorithmic trading or market-making tools.
Knowledge of cross-chain liquidity strategies.
Familiarity with Web3 analytics platforms.
Compensation
Compensation is negotiable and may include:
Fixed monthly compensation.
Performance-based incentives.
Payment in USDC, UTOP, or a mutually agreed combination.

We are expanding globally and are looking for motivated Business Development & Marketing Representatives to help grow the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Promote awareness of the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Introduce individuals, communities, and businesses to UTOP.
Build relationships with blockchain communities, influencers, and strategic partners.
Generate qualified leads for partnerships and business opportunities.
Identify merchant adoption opportunities.
Assist with community growth across social media and Web3 platforms.
Represent UTOPOS professionally in online and offline communities.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Representatives earn commissions in UTOP based on qualified business generated for the UTOPOS ecosystem. Commission terms will be provided during onboarding and are paid only after qualifying milestones have been successfully completed.
Top performers may be offered long-term positions and leadership opportunities as UTOPOS expands globally.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
Existing crypto or business network is a plus but not required.
