About the Opportunity We're creating the AlohaAI Business Intelligence team. In this role you will leverage data analytics to evaluate product and business performance, build rich user profiles, optimize user experience, and improve data utilization across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, data warehouse developers, product operations, and product managers to enable data‑informed decisions and continuous optimization. Your primary responsibilities include designing and implementing product data tracking solutions, building business dashboards, producing analytical reports, and delivering actionable insights that drive growth and product iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain event tracking and data pipelines for product features (onboarding, authentication, wallet flows, social interactions).
- Build and own dashboards and reporting (activation, retention, funnels, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC) used by Product and Growth teams.
- Work with analytics and engineering to define instrumented events, ETL logic, and data quality checks.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover growth opportunities, identify drop‑off points, and quantify feature impact.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and work with cross‑functional teams to prioritize experiments.
- Monitor product health metrics and alert on regressions; own weekly/monthly business reviews.
- Mentor junior analysts and help establish best practices for tracking, documentation, and reproducibility.
