We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and entrepreneurial CMO to join us in revolutionizing how the world interacts with task management systems. Role Overview: The CMO/Co-Founder will lead the marketing strategy for the company, working closely with the leadership team to establish a strong brand identity, launch marketing campaigns, and build a loyal customer base. This role will involve everything from building the marketing foundation to driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and growth in both the Web3 and traditional markets. You will play a key role in the product's evolution, helping shape its positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and growth objectives. Brand Development: Define and build a strong, recognizable brand identity in both the AI and Web3 space. Ensure the brand resonates with early adopters, Web3 enthusiasts, and potential users. Growth Marketing: Lead efforts in user acquisition, customer retention, and conversion optimization across digital channels, including social media, content, paid ads, email marketing, and community engagement. Community Building: Build and grow an active, engaged community on platforms like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other relevant Web3 channels. Lead community-driven initiatives that align with our mission and vision. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, Web3 projects, technology providers, and media outlets to drive growth and awareness. Product Marketing: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure effective product positioning and a seamless user experience. Conduct market research to gather insights that inform product development and positioning. Thought Leadership: Establish the company as a thought leader in the Web3 and AI space. Create high-quality content, webinars, and speaking opportunities to elevate the brand's credibility.
