Deploy Existing MVP + Fix Critical Bugs (Node / Next.js)
Objective:
Deploy an existing MVP and fix only the listed critical issues. This is a stabilization and deployment task, not a rebuild.
Scope (STRICT):
- Deploy existing frontend and backend from the provided repository
- Configure environment variables (sensitive keys will be injected by project owner)
- Fix critical bugs only:
- Login / auth errors (500s)
- Meal plan updates not reflecting correctly
- Burn multiplier logic not updating properly
- Verify core flows work end-to-end:
- Signup / login
- Dashboard updates
- Admin access
Out of Scope (Non-Negotiable):
- No rebuilds
- No redesigns
- No refactors
- No architecture changes
- No suggested improvements beyond listed bugs
If you believe something should be rewritten, do not apply.
Payments & Integrations:
CoinPayments integration already exists. Task is limited to environment configuration and test transaction verification.
Security:
Sensitive API keys will not be shared in chat. Environment variables will be injected by the project owner. Access is repo-only, time-boxed, and revoked after completion.
Acceptance Criteria:
- App deploys successfully
- Listed bugs are fixed
- Core flows verified working
- No scope expansion introduced
