Proof of Dev is a Web3 developer reputation platform that analyzes Ethereum wallet activity and generates transparent, explainable reputation scores from publicly verifiable on-chain data. The system identifies smart contract deployments, checks contract verification status, optionally resolves ENS profile data with user consent, and presents a clear reputation profile that reflects a developer’s on-chain building history. The goal is not to judge code quality, but to provide a tamper-resistant, activity-based signal for builders in the blockchain ecosystem.
We are looking for developers to help build and improve a full-stack application using Next.js, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Express.js, MongoDB, Alchemy, Etherscan, Wagmi, RainbowKit, and Ethereum smart contracts. The platform includes a wallet analysis dashboard, backend API services, worker-based job processing, blockchain data integrations, ENS support, Ethereum Attestation Service integration, and a soulbound ERC-721 NFT contract on Sepolia. Developers should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, and Web3 infrastructure, with attention to scalability, privacy, reliability, and clean technical documentation.
The ideal development team will help refine the scoring algorithm, improve the user experience, strengthen API and worker architecture, expand blockchain network support, and prepare the system for production deployment. Key priorities include secure API key and private key handling, robust wallet analysis, clear score explanations, privacy-first data controls, and future features such as historical score tracking, profile sharing, DAO integrations, and mainnet-ready smart contract deployment. This project is suited for developers who understand Web3 products, blockchain data pipelines, and the importance of building transparent trust systems for decentralized ecosystems.
