Lead Blockchain Engineer – Stablecoins & Financial Systems

We’re seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer to design and scale secure, high-performance decentralized systems powering real-world fintech applications. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, product teams, and infrastructure specialists to deliver reliable blockchain solutions for institutional-grade operations.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable blockchain and smart contract systems for payments and liquidity;
Build secure backend services for EVM-compatible networks, wallets, and digital asset protocols;
Develop APIs, transaction services, and monitoring systems;
Optimize transaction reliability, gas efficiency, and settlement performance;
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, product, and compliance teams;
Participate in architecture discussions, protocol integrations, and security reviews;
Implement automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring;
Troubleshoot distributed infrastructure issues and enhance system observability;
Research emerging Layer-2 and Web3 technologies;
Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and documentation.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience;
4+ years of professional software development;
Strong blockchain and smart contract experience, Solidity proficiency, EVM ecosystem familiarity;
Backend development skills (Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Python);
Web3 library and blockchain API experience;
Knowledge of wallets, transaction flows, gas optimization, and security;
Experience with databases, REST APIs, distributed systems, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD;
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills;
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Bonus: stablecoin/DeFi experience, Layer-2 or cross-chain knowledge, fintech exposure, high-availability systems, open-source contributions.
