Long-Term Web3 Developer for Helios Portal

Unlike many blockchain platforms that rely on centralized APIs or middle-layer services, Helios Portal is fully decentralized by design. It operates directly on Helios Node RPC, which means anyone can deploy and run the frontend independently on mainnet without relying on hidden backends.

The base platform is already live and functional, but we are now entering a long-term growth phase. Our goal is to expand features, improve usability, strengthen security, and build new cross-chain and DeFi capabilities that will make Helios Portal the ultimate hub for blockchain interaction.

We are looking for a long-term Web3 Developer to join our team and help us drive this vision forward.

Key Responsibilities

As a core team member, you will:

Feature Enhancements

• Upgrade existing staking and delegation modules with better analytics, validator comparisons, and advanced options (auto-compound rewards, re-delegations).
  
   
• Extend governance tools with delegated voting, proposal history, and discussion mechanisms.
  
   
• Build a transaction history module showing live updates of past transactions, confirmations, and statuses.
  
   
• Expand portfolio management to include detailed earnings projections, tokenized assets, and bridged assets overview.
  
   

 New Capabilities

• Implement advanced cross-chain bridging with multiple supported blockchains (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Cosmos chains, and more).
  
   
• Integrate DeFi features such as liquid staking derivatives, lending/borrowing, and token swaps.
  
   
• Develop validator analytics dashboards, including uptime monitoring, performance scoring, and governance voting history.
  
   
• Support NFT modules, allowing users to track or display NFTs owned across Helios and connected chains.
  
   

 Security & Scalability

• Implement multi-sig wallet support for governance and treasury features.
  
   
• Integrate hardware wallet compatibility (Ledger, Trezor).
  
   
• Optimize gas usage and transaction handling, including fee estimation and user-friendly error handling.
  
   
• Ensure all new features align with best practices in blockchain security.
  
   

 UI/UX Development

• Design a professional, trustworthy interface suitable for both newcomers and experienced users.
  
   
• Enhance mobile responsiveness and implement a Progressive Web App (PWA) version for mobile-first access.
  
   
• Add multi-language/localization support to onboard users globally.
  
   
• Support dark/light themes and customizable dashboard widgets.
  
   

 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Helios core team on roadmap planning, breaking large goals into achievable milestones.
  
   
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring clean, secure, and maintainable code.
  
   
• Suggest and prototype new feature ideas, contributing directly to product direction.
  
   
• Help define development processes for long-term scalability (testing frameworks, CI/CD, deployment strategies).
