Position: Designer

About the Company:
We are "Unicow", a fast growing startup. We are currently seeking a talented and creative designer to join our team. As a designer, you will work closely with various teams to create visually appealing and engaging designs for our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching designs for digital and print materials, including website graphics, banners, social media assets, brochures, logos, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize a variety of design software to bring concepts to life, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to deliver innovative and appropriate designs.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a designer or in a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across different mediums.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Familiarity with web design principles and user experience.
- Strong understanding of branding and ability to convey brand values through visual designs.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present design concepts.
- Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
