Senior Blockchain Developer (Solidity | Web3 | Backend)
🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain / Senior Blockchain Developer to design, build, and deploy secure smart contracts and scalable backend systems. You will play a critical role in developing decentralized applications (dApps), DeFi protocols, and Web3 integrations.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with Solidity, deep knowledge of blockchain architecture, and solid backend or full-stack engineering capabilities.
🔥 Responsibilities
Design and develop secure, production-grade smart contracts in Solidity
Build and deploy decentralized applications (dApps)
Integrate Web3.js / Ethers.js with frontend and backend systems
Implement wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)
Develop and maintain backend services (Node.js / Python / Java)
Ensure security best practices (reentrancy protection, gas optimization, audits)
Participate in architecture design for DeFi, NFT, or token-based systems
Write automated tests (Hardhat / Foundry / Truffle)
Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an agile environment
✅ Required Skills
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with Solidity
Experience with Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains
Solid understanding of:
Smart contract security
Token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
DeFi protocols
Gas optimization
Experience with:
Web3.js / Ethers.js
Node.js / Python / Java
REST APIs
Familiarity with blockchain concepts:
DeFi
NFTs
Staking
Wallet integrations
Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
