Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Social Media Manager (SMM Manager) to join our team. The SMM manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and facilitate customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for creating captivating content, managing social media platforms, monitoring campaigns, and analyzing social media data to drive overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and objectives.
- Create and curate compelling, high-quality content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with online communities to foster positive relationships with our audience.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights to refine strategies and maximize results.
- Monitor and manage social media advertising budgets effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors' social media activities to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and act as a thought leader in the field.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong copywriting abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social media platforms and tools simultaneously.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects from concept to execution.
- Proficient in using social media management and scheduling tools.
- A passion for staying informed about social media marketing trends and industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
