Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic expansion efforts in the USA as part of the initial team.
- Collaborate with sales support and marketing teams and provide essential business services.
- Perform sales needs assessments for potential clients and develop tailored product solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas for compliance products targeting blockchain firms and financial institutions.
- Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations highlighting product advantages.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Manage sales databases efficiently to track customer information and sales activities.
- Participate in sales meetings and required training sessions.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English.
- 2-4 years of sales experience.
- Experience in startups or boutique firms is advantageous.
- Previous exposure to compliance, finance, or blockchain fields is beneficial.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles.
- Strong relationship-building and people management skills.
- Innovative problem-solver with a results-oriented and self-driven approach.
