About the Opportunity

We are looking for an individual to fill the Account Manager position with a background in operations and technology. Fluent in English and at least one additional language, the ideal candidate will deliver exceptional internal support and collaborate with various teams. Prior trading knowledge is preferred, and this role offers a growth path to a senior account manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance operational effectiveness across the business development team
  • Collaborate with internal teams like product, compliance, legal, and risk in different regions
  • Manage and co-own incentives programs and conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Identify upselling opportunities for existing clients in the EMEA region
  • Resolve customer queries on accounts, products, or API-related issues
  • Generate leads and refer them to the Institutional BD team where applicable

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Account Manager in the crypto industry
  • Strong communication skills for engagements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of achieving growth metrics, generating leads, client conversations, and revenue
  • Self-driven and capable of independent work with a task-oriented mindset in a remote setup
  • Willingness to work shifts including weekends, within a standard workweek not exceeding 5 days
