Key Responsibilities
Entity & Fund Management
- Establish and maintain distinct financial structures for Seedify, Seedworld, and executive holdings.
- Administer wallets and bank accounts to maintain transparency in entity-level financial management.
Accounting & Compliance
- Create and keep accurate accounting records to meet annual compliance needs.
- Manage tax and annual reporting responsibilities for Seedworld (Singapore) and Seedify (Dubai) with relevant jurisdiction-specific contractors.
- Translate digital asset transactions into accounting records and tax-related documentation.
Financial Planning & Processes
- Develop and implement robust financial procedures to enhance operational stability.
- Track and assess monthly expenses, payroll activities, service pricing, and cash flows.

Reporting & Advisory

Qualifications
