The AP Analyst at Toku is pivotal in optimizing our accounts payable and payroll functions. We seek a meticulous professional experienced in driving automation and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Thorough review, validation, and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and employee expenses.
Ensuring adherence to correct coding, documentation, and approval protocols for all transactions.
Reconciliation of AP accounts and resolution of discrepancies in collaboration with vendors.
Payroll Processing
Overseeing end-to-end payroll processes, encompassing accurate accounting and payment execution.
Maintaining precise payroll records for audits and swiftly addressing inquiries.
Compliance & Reporting
Facilitating audits pertaining to AP and payroll functions.
Timely management of entries to facilitate comprehensive reporting for management.
Automation & Process Enhancements
Identifying opportunities to automate manual, repetitive tasks within AP and payroll operations.
Collaborating with internal teams to deploy AI-enabled enhancements that boost accuracy and efficiency.
Contributing to initiatives focused on continuous process enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting (Preferably MBA in Finance or CA-inter).
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with substantial exposure to payroll activities across diverse regions.
- Proficiency in Xero, Quickbooks, ChatGPT, and Hubspot.
- Demonstrated history of propelling automation and process improvement efforts.
- Thorough understanding of compliance and reporting prerequisites within AP and payroll spheres.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with adeptness in cross-functional collaboration.
- Competency in accounting and payroll software, coupled with a willingness to embrace technological advancements.
