Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews to select the best candidate for roles based on required skills and knowledge.
- Train and supervise employees involved in billing activities.
- Assign tasks and provide assistance when needed.
- Participate in performance evaluations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor onboarding and maintenance.
- Create corporate purchase orders.
- Approve ACH transactions and wire transfers as needed.
- Ensure timely application of AP bank transactions to invoices.
- Review expenses and invoices for accuracy and eligibility.
- Collect necessary vendor details for tax reporting purposes.
- Maintain and file records properly for audit purposes.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Sound understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Effective supervisory and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
This role may involve operating company vehicles or traveling between job sites, so candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.
