Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews to select the best candidate for roles based on required skills and knowledge.
  • Train and supervise employees involved in billing activities.
  • Assign tasks and provide assistance when needed.
  • Participate in performance evaluations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor onboarding and maintenance.
  • Create corporate purchase orders.
  • Approve ACH transactions and wire transfers as needed.
  • Ensure timely application of AP bank transactions to invoices.
  • Review expenses and invoices for accuracy and eligibility.
  • Collect necessary vendor details for tax reporting purposes.
  • Maintain and file records properly for audit purposes.
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned.
