We are looking to hire an Affiliate Business Developer to join our Consumer Sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding Ledger's market presence by recruiting affiliates, spotlighting the advantages of our products, and establishing strong partnerships.
Mission:
- Actively seek out new affiliates to enhance Ledger's visibility and impact in the digital assets and Web3 sector.
- Cultivate and uphold strong relationships with partners, ensuring shared success and alignment with Ledger's mission.
- Develop and implement outreach campaigns to attract new leads and foster business growth opportunities.
- Clearly convey Ledger's self-custody solutions vision and onboarding information to new affiliates.
- Collaborate with internal teams in various areas like local markets, marketing, technology, and product development to maximize business outcomes and advance growth.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and execute optimization strategies.
- Report on key performance indicators regularly, offering management insights into the affiliate program's success.
- Engage in routine market research to discover new markets and target audiences for potential affiliate collaborations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain and cryptocurrency industry trends and understand their potential impact on the affiliate program.
Qualifications:
- A suitable candidate should possess a robust sales background with a proven history of meeting sales targets and driving business growth (minimum 4 years experience).
- While direct prior experience in affiliate marketing is not mandatory, a solid grasp of sales processes and strategies is crucial.
- Ability to design and implement impactful outreach campaigns that resonate with potential affiliates and partners.
- Sales-focused individual with excellent negotiation skills, adept at securing deals and nurturing lasting business relationships.
- Analytical abilities to interpret market trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with the web3 ecosystem is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required, whether as a native speaker or fluent individual.
