Opportunity Details
We are seeking a motivated and proactive CIS Crypto Affiliate Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our network of affiliates within the CIS region.
Role Responsibilities
Industry Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of the CIS region's crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.
Affiliate Recruitment: Actively seek out and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and crypto schools/courses, establishing strategic partnerships to enhance our network.
Results-oriented Approach: Implement strategies to drive measurable results, with a focus on increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.
Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.
Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.
Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, using this knowledge to refine strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Fluent in English and Russian languages
Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto industry, particularly in the CIS region
Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in the CIS region
Nice to Have
Experience working with diverse teams across different time zones and cultures
Prior experience in a crypto exchange
Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto payments space

The Role: Community Moderator (36k–90k)
We’re hiring a community moderator to support client communities across Telegram, Discord, and X.
This is a front-line, user-facing role requiring empathy, high engagement, and strong judgment.
Responsibilities
Moderate multiple client communities to ensure safety, clarity, and engagement.
Respond to user questions, coordinate AMA/announcement schedules, post updates.
Keep communities active during key moments: launches, airdrops, campaigns, content releases.
Identify community issues or risks early and escalate appropriately.
Summarize community sentiment and user feedback for internal strategy teams.
Maintain tone, credibility, and professionalism when interacting with users.
Requirements
Prior experience moderating Web3 communities or Web2 social groups.
Familiarity with crypto user behavior, culture, and community patterns.
Excellent written communication and quick response ability.
High reliability; able to cover activity across Asian time zones.
Familiarity with the Southeast Asia KOL landscape, with strong existing relationships preferred.

Ability to create short-form content or memes.
Multilingual (EN + CN preferred).
Experience with community analytics tools.
