Required
Minimum 8 years of backend software development experience
Expertise in algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
Proficiency in server-side languages like TypeScript/Node.JS
Demonstrated experience with SQL databases such as Postgres or MySQL
Strong familiarity with RESTful API design
Knowledge of unit and functional testing, as well as debugging
Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures
Proficiency in Git/GitHub, branching methodologies, code review tools, CI tools, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for system support
Preferred
Background in Financial Services and/or Financial Technology
Proficiency in asynchronous programming
Experience with functional programming
Prior involvement in developing or supporting financial accounting systems (e.g., general ledger, bookkeeping)
Familiarity with digital asset trading, lending, or wallets
Full-stack experience and familiarity with React
Experience with large-scale, real-time, and distributed applications
Exposure to working with clients and business partners
Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and the blockchain industry

Pay Transparency Notice: The compensation for this role typically ranges between $185,000 - $235,000 USD base salary, depending on level and location. This package also includes equity, an annual performance bonus, and the listed benefits.
