We are currently searching for an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager who has a successful track record in nurturing and expanding affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, crisis management capabilities, in-depth knowledge of referral and affiliate programs, and a proactive growth-oriented mindset. This role is pivotal in enhancing relationships with established affiliate partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, nurture, and expand relationships with established affiliate partners.
• Regularly evaluate and enhance affiliate performance metrics across various key performance indicators.
• Develop customized growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline affiliate-related initiatives.
• Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts professionally, and handle crisis communications.
• Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliates' contributions to the business.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing.
• Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, preferably within fintech or crypto sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing stakeholders across diverse cultures and regions.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis management and relationship building.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience in the crypto industry or dynamic tech environments.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and CRM systems.
