WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Aspiring for a meticulous, structured, and adept communicator to liaise cross-functionally in facilitating the onboarding of specified bank partners and overseeing Circle’s integration procedures with prospective and existing partners. You will manage multiple resources and priorities while ensuring the establishment of Circle’s global treasury capabilities through strategic alliances with financial institutions and settlement partners. Operating in tandem with various departments, such as Business, Treasury, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal, you will govern the end-to-end onboarding and integration lifecycles and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Reporting progress updates to senior management and ensuring clear communication within the Partnership Operations team on key objectives are also pivotal responsibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Collaboratively securing successful partner onboarding and integration end-to-end by collaborating with diverse teams within the organization.
- Assessing and addressing process inefficiencies and bottlenecks to enhance existing onboarding and integration protocols.
- Centralizing frequently asked questions and answers for streamlined responses to partners’ due diligence inquiries.
- Utilizing project management tools to track project status dynamically amidst shifting priorities.
- Engaging stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Generating reports and visual aids to convey the team’s progress accurately to senior leadership.
- Cultivating substantial expertise in Circle's liquidity infrastructure supporting fiat on and off ramps to USDC and EURC.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO CIRCLE
- 2+ years' experience in Banking, Financial Services, or the Payments sector.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, or related field.
- A process-oriented mindset with ownership of partner onboarding processes and a focus on enhancing standards.
- Proficiency in working effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities with internal and external stakeholders independently.
- Keen attention to detail and precision.
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
