Your Main Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in collaborating with various teams to onboard designated bank partners and oversee the integration processes with new and existing partners, all while efficiently managing available resources amidst competing demands. Responsible for fortifying Circle’s global treasury capabilities through strategic alliances with financial institutions and settlement partners, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding and integration procedures, consistently improving processes as needed. Your role involves close collaboration with departments such as Business, Treasury, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal. Additionally, you will directly interact with external partners to drive smooth onboarding and integration processes to completion, providing regular progress updates to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate successful end-to-end partner onboarding and integration by closely aligning with cross-functional teams.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement enhancements to current onboarding processes.
- Manage a repository of frequently asked questions to efficiently address partners' due diligence queries.
- Employ project management tools to track projects effectively, balancing shifting priorities.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Develop insightful reports and visualizations to keep senior leadership informed about the team's progress on key initiatives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the liquidity infrastructure and operations supporting USDC and EURC fiat connections.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Payments industry.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field.
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing partner onboarding standards.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project organization and prioritization with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
Additional Details:
- This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
- Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and organizational needs.
- Base Pay Range: $38.94 - $52.40 per hour with overtime eligibility.
- Annual Bonus Target: 10%.
