About The Role

We are looking for a motivated APAC Ecosystem Manager/Associate to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to nurture existing relationships with ecosystem builders, while also actively pursuing new partnerships with startups and developers. The ideal candidate should have a deep interest in blockchain technology, possess strong account management skills, and excel in recognizing and fostering new business prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for a portion of existing and potential ecosystem builders in the APAC region.
  • Offer continuous support to builders, assisting with any technical or strategic challenges they might face.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with builders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Monitor progress and identify growth opportunities with existing ecosystem builders through regular check-ins and reviews.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with startup ecosystem builders and developers in the APAC region, focusing on SEA.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through market research to capitalize on emerging prospects within the blockchain space.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of potential ecosystem builders by leveraging networking events and industry contacts.
  • Develop engaging value propositions and partnership proposals for prospective ecosystem builders.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements in alignment with Aptos' strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams internally to ensure ecosystem builders receive adequate resources and support.
  • Aid ecosystem builders in integrating and utilizing Aptos' blockchain solutions effectively.
  • Organize and engage in events and workshops to promote Aptos and interact with the community.
  • Gather feedback from ecosystem builders to enhance product development and improve partner experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or ecosystem management within the tech industry (web3/blockchain experience preferred).
  • Profound understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem in Asia.
  • Proven track record in forming and managing successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of one or more APAC regional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
