ASO & GTM Lead (Go-To-Market)
We are looking for a skilled ASO & GTM Lead to drive our go-to-market strategies and enrich our app store presence for enhanced user acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in user acquisition, localization strategies, and app store optimization methodologies. This role necessitates a comprehensive comprehension of both organic and non-organic digital marketing channels to effectively introduce and expand our apps in diverse global markets.
Responsibilities
ASO Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement holistic ASO strategies to enhance app visibility and ranking on a global scale.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations to optimize app metadata and boost search discoverability.
Deploy localization approaches to customize app content for various markets and languages, driving higher engagement and downloads.
GTM Planning and Execution:
Spearhead go-to-market planning and rollout for new app launches across different markets.
Collaborate with local teams and agencies to craft tailored marketing content and campaigns.
Utilize a mix of organic and non-organic marketing channels to catalyze user acquisition and augment app downloads.
User Acquisition Optimization:
Implement strategies to optimize landing pages and amplify user acquisition conversion rates.
Analyze app store data and user feedback to continually enhance user acquisition strategies.
Identify opportunities for user acquisition expansion by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics concerning ASO and user acquisition endeavors.
Generate regular reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness and propose optimizations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for a sustainable competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or app marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in improving app rankings and driving user acquisition through ASO strategies.
- Proficiency in localization strategies and optimizing app content for global markets.
- Thorough understanding of organic and non-organic digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data for decision-making.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
