Description

We are looking for an experienced ASO & GTM Lead to drive our go-to-market strategies and enhance our app store presence to increase user acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user acquisition, localization tactics, and app store optimization methodologies. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both organic and non-organic digital marketing channels to effectively launch and expand our apps in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

ASO (App Store Optimization) Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and execute ASO strategies to boost app visibility and global rankings.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments for optimal app metadata and improved search discoverability.
  • Implement localization strategies to customize app content for diverse markets and languages, fostering higher engagement and app downloads.

GTM Planning and Execution:

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new app launches across various markets.
  • Collaborate with local teams and agencies to create tailored marketing content and campaigns.
  • Utilize organic and non-organic marketing channels to drive user acquisition and increase app downloads.

User Acquisition Optimization:

  • Employ strategies for landing page optimization to enhance user acquisition conversion rates.
  • Analyze app store data and user feedback to refine user acquisition strategies continuously.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for user acquisition growth.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to ASO and user acquisition activities.
  • Compile regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and suggest enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or app marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing app rankings and driving user acquisition through ASO strategies.
  • Expertise in localization strategies and optimizing app content for global markets.
  • Strong knowledge of organic and non-organic digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to derive insights from data for decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Outstanding communication, project management, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on leadership experience.
