Role Summary

 

As a Crypto Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing the crypto assets held within the Crypto Fundraiser Pool. You will work closely with our core team to ensure that our asset portfolio aligns with our fundraising goals, maintains transparency, and adheres to best practices in risk management and compliance.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

 

Manage and monitor the performance of crypto assets, ensuring optimal returns while minimizing risk.

Develop strategies for asset growth, liquidity management, and diversification.

Conduct market research and analysis on cryptocurrency trends, trading strategies, and risk management.

Ensure the secure storage and transfer of crypto assets, utilizing hardware wallets, multi-signature setups, and other security protocols.

Collaborate with the fundraising and finance teams to align crypto asset management with overall financial objectives.

Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to cryptocurrency management.

Provide regular reports and updates on asset performance, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team.

Assist in developing partnerships with crypto exchanges, custodians, and other relevant stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

 

Experience in decentralized finance (DeFi) and liquidity management.

Familiarity with regulations and compliance frameworks related to cryptocurrency.

Proficiency in using portfolio management tools and platforms.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business (preferred but not mandatory with experience).

Proven experience in managing cryptocurrency portfolios and assets.

In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and trading strategies.

Familiarity with crypto security protocols, including cold storage, multi-signature wallets, and hardware wallets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Additional Requirements or Expectations Specific to the Position

 

3+ years in managing cryptocurrency portfolios and assets.

Ability to analyze market trends and perform risk assessments.

Knowledge of crypto security protocols (hardware wallets, cold storage, etc.).

Coding skills (Python, Solidity) are a plus.

Understanding of crypto regulations (KYC/AML) and compliance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong initiative and attention to detail.
