Overview
Our client, a premium co-working space, is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead the Engagement Team and maintain high service standards in hospitality. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing team dynamics, and ensuring accurate financial practices.
What You Will Do
- Daily Operations: Supervise the Engagement Manager & Associates, manage front desk activities, coordinate logistics, and handle administrative tasks. Additionally, provide operational training and work to enhance revenue generation and overall efficiency.
- Service Standards: Address client needs and feedback, contribute to enhancing service quality, and maintain consistent service levels. Cultivate professional relationships with co-workers and stakeholders.
- Human Resources: Identify and inspire team members, oversee training initiatives, and participate in performance evaluations. Develop problem-solving resources and ensure effective training implementation.
- Accounts: Manage billing processes, maintain credit policies, and mitigate financial risks. Ensure accurate client service records and system data management.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities are vital.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in PC & mobile applications are required.
