Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and inboxes for the Chief of Staff and CEO
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership sessions, and off-site planning
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flight/hotel bookings and itineraries
  • Assist with personal errands, home management, and event coordination
  • Provide in-flight support for private travel arrangements
  • Support executive initiatives and company priorities as required
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and personal information

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and Microsoft office suite
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience supporting senior executives in various capacities
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, sometimes with short notice
