Position Summary

We are in search of a driven Associate Graphic Designer to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for creating designs that adhere to our brand guidelines and effectively convey our message to our target audience. Your focus will be on developing and fortifying our brand assets to ensure consistency across various marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers and team members to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion of design tasks.
• Assist in implementing brand standards strategically to maintain and elevate our brand identity.
• Support the creation and enhancement of brand assets, including style guides and brand directives, to guarantee a uniform visual representation in all marketing materials.
• Design graphic elements for multiple digital and print mediums to bolster marketing initiatives across diverse channels like web, social media, events, presentations, and more.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience using design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to develop high-quality designs.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying brand standards strategically to craft visually cohesive designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects reflecting both creativity and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch work.
• Strong communication skills for conveying design ideas and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and techniques.
