[Role: B2B Product Manager] We are seeking a skilled B2B Product Manager with expertise in SaaS and web3. The role entails steering our B2B product line, managing demands across customer lifecycles, and aligning products with Clique's mission of advancing data sovereignty. This is a full-time position that is either fully remote or located in Singapore or San Francisco.

[Responsibilities]

  • Formulate and implement the product roadmap for decentralized identity solutions, encompassing the meticulous planning, prioritization, and timely delivery of innovative features and enhancements.
  • Undertake comprehensive market research and analysis to discern customer needs, the competitive landscape, and burgeoning trends within the field of decentralized identity.
  • Collaborate assiduously with the development team to ascertain that product requirements are clearly defined, feasible, and align with customer expectations.
  • Partner with designers to conceptualize user-friendly and intuitive product interfaces, thus fostering increased adoption and utilization.
  • Define and rigorously monitor KPIs to gauge product success and track alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Engage with the marketing team to devise effective go-to-market strategies for new products, and bolster marketing campaigns through strategic product messaging and positioning.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with customers and partners, leveraging feedback to stimulate continual product enhancement.
  • Maintain currency with industry trends, regulations, and best practices pertinent to decentralized identity, ensuring alignment with the highest professional standards.

[Skills & Qualifications]

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, specializing in the web3 or blockchain industry with an emphasis on decentralized identity solutions.
  • Robust knowledge of decentralized identity protocols, including but not limited to Decentralized Identifiers (DID), Verifiable Credentials, and Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and proficiency in utilizing product management tools such as Jira and Trello.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities, demonstrating an aptitude for working effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Acute analytical and problem-solving competencies, coupled with the capacity to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a field related to our industry's demands.

[Bonus Points]

  • Demonstrates an interest in on-chain reputation, identities, and attestation infrastructures and applications, reflecting alignment with Clique's core mission.
  • Possesses a foundational understanding of core cryptographic primitives employed by our team, including Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs), Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs), and Multi-Party Computation (MPC).
  • Has prior experience in SaaS, working with customers in FinTech, KYC, healthcare, banking, and AI.

Role Overview:
The Venture Fellow program is an 8-week, part-time, remote opportunity designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in venture capital and angel investing. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in early-stage investing, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and pitching investment opportunities.
This program is ideal for aspiring investors, founders, or professionals exploring a career shift into venture capital. Fellows will work closely with seasoned venture capitalists and gain access to Iron Key’s investor community to learn best practices in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
