Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with fellow Engineers and the Lead to develop innovative software solutions for our global cryptocurrencies institutional businesses and operations
- Design, develop, and take ownership of high-performance backend solution stacks
- Maintain and optimize existing systems for scalability, extensibility, and performance
- Contribute to enforcing technology and coding standards across teams
- Stay updated on the latest technologies in the blockchain and technology space
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Familiarity with Unix-like operating systems
- 1-7 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Preferred experience in back-end applications related to trading
- Strong curiosity and understanding of software engineering principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in modern backend technologies such as Python-Flask/FastAPI, JS or TS, SQL, Redis
- Openness to learn or work with Rust
