Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer with specialized knowledge in blockchain and backend technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of backend systems, the capability to create and maintain scalable and reliable solutions, and a keen interest in blockchain technology. Those with experience in DevOps and blockchain development will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backend systems using Golang or Python.
- Optimize and manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate blockchain functionalities seamlessly.
- Develop and maintain secure and scalable API services for optimal performance.
- Adhere to best practices for code development, including testing, review, and documentation.
- Manage AWS resources, pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Monitor and enhance system performance and reliability, troubleshooting backend issues as needed.
- Contribute to development and deployment processes with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure as code practices.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in blockchain tech, backend development, and DevOps to improve our platforms continually.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Golang or Python, with a minimum of 3 years in backend development.
- Extensive experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with blockchain tech, smart contracts, and DApps is highly preferred.
- Experience with DevOps practices, AWS, and microservices architecture is beneficial.
- Proficient in RESTful API development while delivering scalable solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, with strong communication skills.
