Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation and enhancement of recommendation algorithms and strategies pertaining to Binance’s information dissemination and push products.
• Implement state-of-the-art algorithms to elevate product metrics and user satisfaction.
• Oversee and coordinate the team to ensure continuous project advancement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the GO programming language, with additional familiarity in Python/C++/Java considered beneficial. Strong coding abilities with a well-founded knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of content and user profiling algorithms and strategies, encompassing NLP and semantic models.
• Comprehension of common recall strategies and models utilized in recommendation systems, inclusive of CF, FM, LSTM, Graph recall, and DSSM.
• Familiarity with common ranking models like LR, GBDT, Wide & Deep, DNN, deepFM, MMOE, DIN, and DICN.
• Understanding of fusion and re-ranking algorithms, involving reinforcement learning, evolutionary learning, MMR, and DPP.
• Practical experience using deep learning tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, with a preference for hands-on involvement in recommendation and search-related projects.
• Background in developing social products.
• Demonstrated experience in team management.
