Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Tapping into real-time market trends and competitor movements in DEX/Bridge/Aggregator sectors to mold OKX DEX ecosystem strategy proactively.
• Discovering and nurturing collaborative alliances with leading industry players to drive user growth for OKX DEX products.
• Leveraging OKX's broad resource base to customize strategic partnerships for crucial projects spanning product, marketing, and operations.
• Working in tandem with internal teams on product and technology to elevate OKX DEX to a top-tier, user-centric decentralized trading aggregator and bridge.
• Coordinating internal operations efficiently and fostering cross-functional teamwork towards achieving user growth and volume targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the crypto industry.
• Strong proficiency in execution, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency being highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated resilience, adept problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, alongside the motivation to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Adept knowledge and insights into the Web3 sector complemented by a robust industry network.
