We are seeking a Creative Operations Intern to join the Creative Operations team in the Marketing department at Binance. This hands-on role primarily involves resource and project management, aiding in planning, tracking, and optimizing the creative project lifecycle.
As a part of the Creative Operations team, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Operations Lead, Program Managers, and Creatives to enhance visibility into team workload, identify resourcing challenges, streamline processes using AI and automation, and oversee external agency support. Responsibilities

- Proactively monitor the creative pipeline to ensure timely resourcing for standard creative requests.
AI & Automation:
- Identify redundant resourcing tasks suitable for automation leveraging AI, Asana automations, or improved workflow rules.
- Implement AI-driven or automation-based enhancements to streamline manual resourcing efforts and ensure consistency.

Agency & Freelance Management:
