Who Should Apply
Students currently pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies and recent graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Support the global Compliance Risk Management Program by aiding in data collection, documentation, and preliminary analysis.
- Assist in the annual Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) process by managing project progress and information gathering.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Compliance teams to document risk assessments and control inventories.
- Update compliance control documents to meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in horizon scanning activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Generate management information (MI) reports and fundamental metrics for compliance risk evaluation.
- Provide project management assistance for regulatory mapping assignments, encompassing task tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder interaction.
- Compile AI projects for the team and help in translating them into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Perform additional administrative tasks to support the Compliance Risk Management team as required.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
