Responsibilities:
- Develop a concise and verified MI dashboard for both the FCI and RFI teams, showcasing crucial metrics like case volumes, statuses, incoming volumes, and SLAs.
- Streamline existing reporting tools by eliminating redundant legacy dashboards for enhanced clarity and efficiency.
- Design and update internal FCI dashboards to facilitate advanced technical data analysis.
- Construct tailored ad-hoc dashboards to support specific projects or tasks, such as monitoring friction cases, remediation plans, and historical cases.
- Utilize data and analytics to bolster Financial Crime investigations and projects.
- Produce analytical dashboards to identify crime trends impacting specific regions or emerging crime types.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interest in leveraging data and analysis to aid in financial crime investigation and compliance.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
