About the Internship Program
Our Accelerator Program offers a 3-6 month internship experience for Early Career individuals keen to explore the dynamic digital assets sector. This opportunity allows participants to refine their skills within our organization and gain insights into the workings of the leading blockchain ecosystem globally. Who We're Looking For

Responsibilities
- Offering support in training, optimizing, and assessing Large Language Models (LLMs) using a range of datasets.
- Assisting in the enhancement and streamlining of AI agents, including prompt development, memory components, planning strategies, and integration with external resources.
- Creation, implementation, and supervision of data annotation pipelines, encompassing schema design, labeling standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborating closely with research and engineering teams to enhance model efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
- Conducting experiments, data analysis, and meticulous documentation of methods and outcomes.
- Researching and experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and best practices to boost LLM systems and AI agent capabilities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or similar field. A PHD is advantageous.
- Sound grasp of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
- Familiarity with transformer models, LLMs like LLaMA and Qwen, or related technologies preferred.
- Experience or interest in prompt engineering, fine-tuning methodologies like LoRA and QLoRA, and model evaluation techniques.
- Basic understanding of data annotation workflows and labeling tools.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and aptitude for both independent work and collaboration.
- Proficient in English to facilitate coordination with global partners; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
