• Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in optimizing and managing paid social campaigns on various platforms.
• Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns while tracking daily performance.
• Organize and collect campaign data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Work closely with mentors to apply best practices in paid social advertising.
• Document workflows, procedures, and campaign insights.
• Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure prompt delivery of assets.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of paid ads.
• Help with ad copy and creative testing.
• Offer general administrative support to the paid ads team when needed.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing campaign performance and team efficiency.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising.
• Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing or advertising is advantageous.
