Job Responsibilities
Oversee VIP Community Operations & Risk Control by managing daily functions of Binance's in-app VIP communities (EN/CN) and Telegram channel, including access control enforcement.
Lead Content Creation & Campaign Support activities, generating community content regularly, optimizing posting frequency and engagement rates, and furnishing assistance for VIP marketing endeavors.
Drive Community Growth & User Acquisition strategies, devising and implementing plans for community expansion, and delivering comprehensive execution reports and insights.
Manage Swag Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination by addressing daily VIP client swag queries and maintaining swag-related data, ensuring seamless cooperation across teams.
Requirements
Proficiency in community or content operations, with the ability to autonomously design and implement community initiatives; proficiency in English and Mandarin languages to facilitate collaboration with international partners.
