Role Overview: The Blockchain Customer Support Specialist position entails delivering exceptional service to our customers by assisting with their queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through our blockchain and staking services. This role necessitates a deep grasp of blockchain technology, outstanding communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through various support channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Resolve issues related to blockchain transactions, staking, and wallet management.
- Collaborate internally to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Support system performance monitoring, working proactively to identify and resolve potential customer-impacting issues.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to drive product and service enhancements.
- Stay current with the latest blockchain technology developments and Figment's service offerings.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of customer support experience, with a preference for candidates familiar with blockchain or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in blockchain technology, staking, and cryptocurrency concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience using customer support tools and platforms.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
