In this role, you will engage closely with leading projects in the crypto space. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless integration of these projects with Ledger, from the technical setup to a collaborative go-to-market strategy. You will also spearhead a team that acts as the main liaison for blockchain foundations while championing these projects within Ledger.

The Blockchain/Ecosystem Relationship Manager will be instrumental in broadening Ledger's ecosystem by identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with key players in the crypto industry, including blockchains, dApps, and Wallet providers. This role entails exploring potential services that can be developed on our platform and devising comprehensive strategies to drive business growth. You will oversee the complete partnership lifecycle to ensure successful collaborations, while also coordinating a team of Business Developers.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Partner Identification and Engagement:

  • Identify partners aligned with Ledger’s strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities and potential partners.

2. Service Development Exploration:

  • Collaborate with partners to conceptualize and define new services for Ledger.
  • Assess feasibility and alignment with company goals and create detailed proposals for new services.

3. Promotion Plan Creation:

  • Develop and execute joint promotion plans with partners to boost service impact.
  • Coordinate marketing activities for increased adoption and awareness.

4. Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main contact for partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Facilitate consistent communication and collaboration between Ledger and its partners.

5. Negotiation and Contract Oversight:

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
  • Ensure contracts adhere to company policies and manage partnership execution.

6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor the performance of partnerships and associated services.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership progress, recommending optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development or partnership management within software or cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with effective problems-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
