Overview
Our client, a burgeoning e-commerce fashion & apparel startup spanning APAC, seeks a skilled Brand Marketing Manager for their central team. The incumbent will be pivotal in shaping the brand identity, devising brand strategies, managing advertising efforts, fostering public relations, enhancing consumer engagement, and forging valuable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the implementation of Brand Marketing strategies at the headquarters, driving market expansion and fostering growth.
- Ensure strategic coherence with regional undertakings for effective local deployment.
- Motivate the team towards generating and exchanging detailed hyper-local insights.
- Collaborate closely with various teams like product, sales, and creative to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Support new market acquisition and development, oversee successful launches of new stores, host pop-up events, and introduce innovative campaigns.
- Evaluate and assess the impact of local stratagems and responsive actions to measure the efficacy of local marketing endeavors.
- Attain significant business objectives in physical stores and online platforms, emphasizing conversion rate optimization.
Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Possesses at least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a preference for experience in a similar vertical.
- Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing impactful brand marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating productively across diverse teams.
- A creative thinker with an ardor for narrative creation and brand cultivation.
