We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our team at Kadena. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities to drive growth within our organization. With a focus on expanding our reach and ecosystem, the candidate will provide valuable insights and support to our Business Development team in making informed decisions.

A deep understanding and enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and DeFi are essential for success in this role.

Reporting directly to our VP of Business Development, this position offers the potential for professional advancement within both the role and the company.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Identify and research potential clients and stakeholders within specific industries
• Engage in outbound prospecting through various channels to generate interest and initiate contact
• Assist in closing partnerships and deals alongside Business Development leads
• Qualify leads through engaging conversations to assess their potential as prospects
• Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective lead generation strategies
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Utilize sales and marketing tools to track leads and progress targets
• Stay current with industry trends to effectively communicate value proposition to prospects
• Work with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead generation strategies
• Participate in sales team meetings to offer insights on market trends and customer feedback

What Sets You Apart

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably with a background in cryptocurrency
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and decentralized finance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and analyze large datasets
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
